We collect information that you actively share with us during consultations, project briefings, and audit engagements. This includes B2B contact details (names, corporate emails, and phone numbers), hotel or restaurant operational metrics, POS export sheets, supplier cost logs, and financial records necessary for performing cost audits.
We operate under strict confidentiality protocols. All F&B cost data, inventory logs, yield sheets, and proprietary restaurant business operations data collected during audits are used solely to formulate cost optimization recommendations. We never share, trade, or expose private corporate data to external competitors.
Client data is stored securely on encrypted drives and password-protected administrative repositories. Access is restricted exclusively to authorized auditors from SNM Consultant working on the client's assignment. We do not sell or rent your corporate or personal information under any circumstances.
We support and execute comprehensive mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to receiving any sensitive POS, recipe pricing, or operational cost logs from our B2B clients, guaranteeing absolute confidentiality.
We use essential cookies to maintain your user preferences and to collect anonymous traffic statistics (such as browser types and pages visited) using secure, privacy-compliant tracking scripts to help us optimize website performance.
At the conclusion of a consulting engagement or upon written request, you have the right to request the complete deletion of all shared POS reports, draft audits, and recipe sheets from our active storage. We comply with all such data purge requests immediately.
