Please read these terms carefully before engaging our professional hospitality consulting and audit services.

SNM Consultant provides professional B2B hospitality consulting, F&B operational cost audits, stock leakage assessments, margin analyses, and hotel/restaurant pre-opening advisory services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines of each project are defined in the separate written Service Agreement signed by both parties.
To perform accurate operational audits, the client agrees to cooperate fully by providing timely access to necessary operational data, recipes, POS reports, physical inventory logs, and premises as required. SNM Consultant is not responsible for delays or discrepancies resulting from inaccurate or withheld client data.
Consulting and audit fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise. Payment milestones, billing cycles, and any required retainers are detailed in the specific project Agreement. All payments are processed securely, and late payments may result in the suspension of advisory services.
SNM Consultant operates under strict confidentiality rules. All proprietary data, financial reports, operational margins, recipes, and private corporate information accessed during the audit remain private. We happily execute mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for all consulting engagements.
All proprietary audit methodologies, cost-control frameworks, standard operating procedure (SOP) structures, and custom report designs delivered during the engagement remain the intellectual property of SNM Consultant. The client is granted a non-transferable, internal-use license to apply these deliverables solely within their owned business operations.
While SNM Consultant delivers high-precision audits and robust cost-saving recommendations, the final implementation and execution of these controls lie solely with the client. SNM Consultant does not guarantee specific net profits or operational outcomes and shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential operational losses.
These Terms of Service and any specific Service Agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in West Bengal, India.
