Return & Cancellation Policy

SNM Consultant

1. Nature of Services

SNM Consultant provides professional consultancy, audit, training, F&B controls, operational reviews, and advisory services. Since our services are customized and knowledge-based, they cannot be returned once delivered.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel a scheduled consultation or service by providing written notice via email.
  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur administrative charges.
  • For ongoing projects, cancellation requests will be reviewed, and charges may apply for work already completed.

3. Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: If the service is cancelled before any work has commenced.
  • Partial Refund: If work has begun, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting fees for services already rendered.
  • No Refund: Once consultations, audits, reports, training sessions, assessments, or advisory services have been completed and delivered.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment used by the client.

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Completed consulting sessions
  • Delivered audit reports and assessments
  • Customized business solutions and recommendations
  • Training programs already conducted
  • Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client
  • Applicable taxes, bank charges, and payment gateway fees

7. Changes to This Policy

SNM Consultant reserves the right to modify this Return & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on the company website and become effective immediately upon publication.

8. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra, India.
